Adds the One Minion Army Keystone to the summoner tree.

All of your mana costs become life costs. Gain 5% of the damage done as life back on all damage, scaling with your max hp. Short internal CD.
Adds the Cinder Bastion Keystone to the melee tree.
"Gain a 1% increase to Ignite damage per 10 maximum life. When moving, apply a 20% max life Ignite to yourself."
Ranged class now starts with the normal vanilla starter ammo

You can now see the map tooltip after placing it into the map device and opening it. Allowing you to re-read what was opened.

The ShockChancePassive was fixed to actually provide 10% as the tooltip suggested

Removed the accidental early spawn paths: the "Start" step force-spawn and the always-true life crystal gate.
